We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at DPS Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of project engineers and managing the successful delivery of technical projects for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and project management, with experience in delivering projects to a high standard. You will be a stakeholder management expert, able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of project engineers to deliver technical projects to a high standard
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with DPS Group procedures and legal obligations
- Assist in maintaining our Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001)
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Electrical Engineer/ Electronic Engineer/ Control Systems Engineer/Mechatronics degree qualified or equivalent experience with recognised Apprenticeship
- Demonstrable experience delivering EC&I Projects
- Experience in delivering projects to a high standard
- Stakeholder management experience
- IOSH Managing Safely (preferred)
- ECS H&S card (preferred)
- Asbestos Awareness (preferred)
- First Aid (preferred)
