About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Town Planner to join our client's team in Wiltshire. As a Town Planner, you will be responsible for working with a range of clients, from national housebuilders to individual householders, on planning applications and developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit planning applications for residential and commercial developments
  • Provide planning advice and guidance to clients
  • Manage planning appeals and negotiations with local authorities
  • Conduct site visits and assessments
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement planning strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Town Planning, either private or public sector
  • A relevant degree in Planning or related field
  • MRTPI status or close to submitting
  • Robust working knowledge of the planning system
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently complete delegated tasks
