Breakfast Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team at a hotel in Rye, East Sussex. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfast dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard
  • Manage kitchen inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service
  • Develop and implement new breakfast menu ideas
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work weekends and variable shifts
  • Basic food preparation and cooking skills
