Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the full cycle delivery of our digital media campaigns. This is a fast-paced role that involves high levels of client communication, internal coordination, and first-class organisational ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Responsibilities- Support the Accounts Team Lead and Director of Business Development by coordinating advertising campaigns and managing client relationships.
- Support clients through each stage of the account management process, from discovery calls and campaign launches to progress checks and reports.
- Progress to 'full cycle' account management, running partnership review meetings with clients to retain business for the company.
- Provide meaningful insights and benchmarking data to add value to client calls.
- Perform regular account administration duties, including launching campaign assets and ad campaigns.
- Manage coordination with our digital, editorial, and creative teams to deliver content and hit our KPIs for each campaign.
- Passionate about expanding, upselling, and growing relationships into key accounts.
- Phone/video call based client service experience from a similar role.
- Eager to learn and develop skillset while supporting our world-class account management team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts while ensuring client satisfaction in a target-oriented environment.
- A background in a sales or account management role is preferable.
- Ongoing coaching and development from senior leaders in digital, production, editorial, and accounts.
