As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by handling a high volume of telephone calls and emails, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process orders and update customer records with high accuracy
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including filing and data entry
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (office based)
