We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team at CRU. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in driving HR initiatives and supporting our employees. You will work closely with the HR team, business managers, and staff across various departments and regions, providing expert advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters.
Key Responsibilities:- HR Support and Advice: Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to managers and employees on issues such as employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
- HR Policy Development: Assist the HR Business Partner in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.
- HR Data Reporting: Lead HR data reporting, being the go-to person in the team to support regular and ad hoc data reporting.
- HR System Management: Manage and develop HR system tools to support not only HR processes but manager and employee self-service.
- Right to Work Compliance: Lead on right to work compliance and applications for visas.
- Employee Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits, payroll processing, and HR systems.
- Project Support: Support the HR Business Partner and Global Head of HR with wider projects and reports for the business.
- Compliance and Training: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, providing updates and supporting with training as necessary.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as an HR Advisor supporting a generalist workload. Experience in dealing with HR practices outside of the UK would be an advantage.
- HR Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- CIPD Qualification: CIPD qualification or working towards it is desirable.
