About the Role

This role ensures the day-to-day organization of customer collections, finding ways to improve customer satisfaction and maintain high levels of service. You will work with logistics teams and sites across our network to ensure smooth and efficient plans that our drivers can follow.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Planning large volume uplifts and optimizing logistics operations

• Developing and implementing long-term and short-term plans for peak periods and holidays

• Focusing on sustainability and finding ways to reduce environmental impact in logistics planning

• Conducting audits and reviews of our logistics hubs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

• Providing support for key team members during holidays and peak periods

• Managing day-to-day customer plans and ensuring timely delivery

The Ideal Candidate

• Possesses excellent multi-tasking skills and can work well under pressure

• Has 1-2 years' experience working in the logistics or transportation industry

• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and other logistics software
