The Person:We are looking for a proven experience in contract management within the construction industry, preferably within refurbishment or heritage restoration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality, safety, and regulatory standards, excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The successful candidate will be proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite and hold relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
