Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Field Sales Consultants. This role is ideal for those who are confident and driven, serving as the face of our brand while providing exceptional service and promoting our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Engage with potential customers in various locations, effectively communicating the benefits of our products.
  • Utilize your self-motivation to achieve set sales targets while demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges.
  • Participate in comprehensive training to ensure you are well-equipped to have meaningful conversations with customers.
Work Schedule

We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with work hours ranging from 16 to 37.5 hours per week. Field hours are typically between 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm.

Training Requirements

During the initial three weeks, you will need to attend training sessions at our office from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. This includes a combination of self-directed learning and in-office induction.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A valid UK driving license with no more than 8 points.
  • A passion for outdoor work and engaging with people.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary starting at £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time employees), along with:

  • A company car for full-time employees or a car allowance for part-time employees.
  • 25 days of annual leave, UK bank holidays, and your birthday off (pro-rata).
  • An excellent pension scheme with a matching contribution of up to 10%.
