About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EHS Professional to join our team at Randstad Enterprise. As an EHS Professional, you will play a critical role in maintaining health and safety standards in our office workplace and at our customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, maintain, and implement safety programs, EHS initiatives, and campaigns
  • Analyse statistical data and reports to identify safety-related problems and develop recommendations for improvement
  • Regularly perform safety checks and inspections to ensure compliance with standards and maintain a safe working environment
  • Assess risks and advise employers and employees on occupational health
  • Be knowledgeable of legal requirements and implement them within our business
  • Support risk assessment associated with site tasks
  • Ensure that legal requirements are understood, implemented, and maintained in our office workplace and at Customer sites
  • Promote a proactive health, safety and environmental culture
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in EHS or a related field
  • NEBOSH diploma strongly preferred
  • Fire Safety Competent Person training and certification
  • Trained in Root Cause Analysis methodologies
