Key Responsibilities of the Food Service Associate:
• Assisting in the preparation of meals and beverages while adhering to food safety regulations.
• Collaborating with clients, families, advocates, and colleagues to maintain high service standards.
• Performing general tasks as assigned, including ensuring cleanliness in kitchen areas, communal spaces, and client residences.
• Identifying and reporting potential safety issues to uphold a secure environment.
• Managing inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary, and ensuring equipment is utilized according to guidelines.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality setting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with general cleaning practices is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Basic understanding of workplace health and safety protocols.
• NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality & Catering, or a willingness to pursue this qualification is desirable.
