About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible individual to join our team as a General Assistant at Patterdale Hall, a Residential Adventure Learning Centre based in Glenridding on the shores of Lake Ullswater.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with catering, housekeeping, and evening duties to ensure the smooth operation of the Hall.
  • Contribute to the delivery of land and water-based activities for school children and commercial clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the Residential Manager and other staff members to provide an exceptional experience for our guests.
Requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but is not essential.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced Criminal Records Check for Regulated Activity.
