Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the SEN team in providing high-quality support to students with SEMH and associated needs
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote student well-being and academic success
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless support for students
  • Manage and coordinate the provision of SEN services, including assessments and interventions

Requirements

  • Qualified and/or experienced SENCO or SEN/Inclusion leader
