Role Overview

As a Monitoring Center Technician, you will be part of a dedicated team operating on a 4 on 4 off shift schedule (12-hour shifts). Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering CCTV monitoring services while adhering to established standards and customer service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Conducting fire and intruder alarm monitoring services, ensuring compliance with required standards and SLAs.
  • Providing an Out of Hours Service Call-Out function in line with company policies.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Completing necessary incident reports as required.

Candidate Profile

  • A willingness to work varied shift patterns, including nights and weekends, averaging 42 hours per week.
  • Proficiency in computer usage, including MS Office and Windows.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • An SIA Front Line Public Space CCTV Licence is preferred.
