We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Advisor to join our Service Centre team in the UK. As a key member of our global service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in their use of Mintra software solutions by troubleshooting and advising.
  • Monitor ticketing system for incoming requests and escalate where necessary.

Requirements
