This is a fixed-term position within our Community Paediatrics team. We are seeking a full-time Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in Renfrewshire, covering a forthcoming maternity leave. The post will be for a 9-month period.
We are a supportive team of 14 registered and non-registered practitioners based in the Aranthrue Centre. If you are looking to develop your skills with a broad, general paediatric caseload, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- We deliver our service in clinics, schools, and other community settings, committed to developing Inclusive Communication Environments for all children and young people.
- You will have access to team lead support as well as clinical support from a range of specialist practitioners.
- We have experience of supporting band 5 clinicians through Flying Start and RCSLT competencies and can offer a wide paediatric experience for new graduates or practitioners seeking to develop skills in this area.
Requirements:
- You will need to have a recognised Speech and Language Therapy degree and be registered with HCPC to be considered for this post.
