Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our operations team at ARCA. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning and delivery of engineering projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assure that all projects deliver safe equipment that satisfies all requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects utilizing appropriate systems, processes, and resources to facilitate optimal delivery.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues, and agree accountabilities and responsibilities with the wider project team.
  • Coordinate and communicate project scope, identify dependencies, and understand the critical path to secure timely project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualification in an engineering discipline is highly preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of Project Management fundamentals.
  • Understanding or experience of an engineering discipline such as mechanical design, control system design, or systems engineering.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) or P6 (preferred), along with familiarity with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
