About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our home store team in Brighton. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, taking full responsibility in their absence.
  • Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.
  • Contribute to the success of the store by ensuring the highest standard of customer service, achieving targets, and maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising.
  • Maximise sales through physical and digital channels, and support with the recruitment and development of volunteers.
  • Work with the manager to generate stock and achieve expectations within campaign activities.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with supervisory experience.
  • Commercially driven to encourage new ideas and an inclusive approach to developing teams.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving the highest retail standards.
