Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café Supervisor to join our team at CH&CO. As a key member of our café team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our café areas, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the café team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and on time.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure that all café equipment is well-maintained and in good working order, and that all health and safety procedures are followed.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and maintaining accurate records of stock and sales.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, working closely with the café manager and other team members.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu items and promotions, working closely with the café manager and other team members.
