Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Maintenance Engineer for our ReFood Ltd. facility. This full-time role requires a commitment of 45 hours per week, with standard working hours from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including an unpaid hour for lunch, along with potential overtime for shift coverage as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily maintenance on all machinery and equipment.
  • Execute electrical installations and upgrades throughout the facility.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times.
  • Conduct electrical maintenance, including the preventive maintenance program.
  • Carry out routine electrical repairs and maintenance as per scheduled plans, ensuring risk assessments are completed.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues effectively.
  • Support production operations within the shift team and provide coverage when needed.
  • Collaborate with mechanical and operational teams as required.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in an Anaerobic Digestion facility or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in an industrial setting is essential.
  • Completion of a recognized Electrical Apprenticeship is required.
  • Extensive electrical expertise in a continuous process environment is necessary.
  • Proven skills in fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution are crucial.
  • Familiarity with general maintenance practices in a factory setting is expected.
  • Knowledge of installation processes, including PLCs, controls, automation, and wiring, is important.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels are required.
  • A motivated and proactive approach is a must.
