Job Title: Welding Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Welding Engineer to join our team at Speedy Services. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of our welding and engineering equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test and repair welding equipment and engineering equipment to the highest standard.
  • Ensure all work undertaken is safe and complies with Speedy safety standards.
  • Work directly with other engineers in the depot and liaise regularly with drivers and the hire desk team.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to test and repair welding equipment and engineering equipment.
  • NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • Technical/engineering background is desirable.
  • Electrical knowledge is desirable.
  • Flexible approach to working hours.
