The Community and Wellbeing network is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Band 5 Nurse in the Central Lancashire Moving Well service.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position covering Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the running of our rheumatology outpatient service, administering intravenous medications, and supporting our blood monitoring service for patients with various rheumatological conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the running of our rheumatology outpatient service
- Administer intravenous medications for various rheumatological conditions
- Support our blood monitoring service for patients with rheumatological conditions
- Work alongside our multidisciplinary team, including consultants, specialist nurses, AHPs, HCAs, and admin staff
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. We encourage applicants who may not meet the person specification currently but are able to demonstrate appropriate experience and knowledge and are willing to work towards achieving the necessary requirements.
