Electrical Engineering Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineering Tutor to join our team. As an Electrical Engineering Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences to our students, ensuring they develop the skills, knowledge, and attitudes required for success in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver a range of challenging and relevant learning experiences that meet the needs of our students.
- Develop and implement curriculum materials that align with industry standards and best practices.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
- Hold a minimum of a Level 5 qualification in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- Have a strong understanding of industry trends and developments in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- Be able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Have a passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

Salary: £29,419 - £43,874
Qualifications- To be a qualified Teacher or willing to work towards.
- To be a qualified assessor or willing to work towards.
- To hold a minimum of a Level 5 in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- GCSEs at Grade C / Level 4 or above in English and Maths, or equivalent.
- Desirable – Current knowledge and/or experience of teaching in one or more fields of Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Current knowledge of potential issues in the sector that may impact on curriculum delivery.
- Current knowledge and/or experience of career opportunities in the sector for 16 – 18 and 19+ learners.
