Engineering Project Manager

Electus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Project Manager to lead complex projects in a thriving manufacturing environment.

About the Role:

  • Oversee all aspects of engineering projects, from initial client meetings and meticulous planning to successful completion.
  • Ensure projects meet exceptional quality standards, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.
  • Anticipate and resolve project hurdles, maintaining momentum and guiding necessary adjustments.
  • Build strong relationships with internal departments and production teams, ensuring clear communication.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers, addressing technical inquiries with exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing complex projects within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Systematic approach, sharp eye for detail, and exceptional communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, with experience in a technical environment highly desirable.
