Australasia Travel Specialist Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling incoming sales calls from travel trade partners, creating tailor-made holidays to Australasia that meet the unique needs and preferences of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed personal objectives, including sales, revenue, and productivity targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to sales enquiries and liaising with customers and travel partners to deliver outstanding results.
  • Utilize your expertise and knowledge of Australasia destinations, airlines, and ground arrangements to offer tailored packages that meet the individual needs of our clients.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, ensuring maximum revenue potential.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in selling tailor-made itineraries to Australasia, with a strong understanding of the region's travel market.
  • Proficiency in using a Global Distribution System (GDS), preferably Galileo.
  • Excellent geographical knowledge and previous travel experience to Australasia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, travel partners, and internal stakeholders.
The Package:
  • A competitive basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission (OTE £60k pa).
  • Fully home working arrangement, with flexible hours to suit your needs.
