Senior Conversion Rate Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Conversion Rate Specialist to join our team at AJ Bell Management Limited. As a key member of our digital team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our online business by optimising user experience and improving conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities- Conversion Planning: Develop and execute a testing roadmap that aligns with business objectives and initiatives, working closely with the Experimentation Manager.
- Conversion Delivery: Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimise website elements, user journeys, and conversion funnels.
- Conversion Insight: Analyse test results, communicate insights to internal stakeholders, and provide regular updates on progress and performance metrics.
- Website Analytics: Monitor and analyse website and digital performance using web analytics and customer feedback tools, identifying testing opportunities and iterations.
- User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to implement user-friendly design principles and improve the overall digital experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, technology, and UX teams to execute the testing roadmap.
We offer a competitive starting salary of up to £38,000 DOE, a starting holiday entitlement of 26 days increasing to 31 days with length of service, and a range of benefits including a choice of pension schemes, discretionary bonus scheme, and annual free share awards scheme.
