We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Doctor to join our Cardiology team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. As a Specialty Doctor, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Cardiology services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, implement, plan, and evaluate effective delivery of direct patient care.
- Work closely with junior managers to oversee the delivery of high-calibre care and efficient use of facilities, manpower, and other resources.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless care pathways.
- Contribute to the development of our Cardiology services, including the implementation of new procedures and protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our quality improvement strategy.
