Key Responsibilities:

* Assess and develop healthcare plans using specialist nursing skills
* Promote person-centered care, dignity, and compassionate support
* Communicate effectively with other professionals, staff, families, and external agencies
* Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary/multi-agency team
* Act as an advocate for the child/young person and their family
