About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Operations & Maintenance Improvement team at Enel North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support and expertise in data management, analytics, and integrations within our core business systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management and Analytics: Provide support and expertise in data management, analytics, and integrations within our core business systems.
  • Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions to support operational decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and implement solutions to current and upcoming data challenges.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, mathematics, operations research, engineering, data science or computer science).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data visualization tools (e.g., SAS Viya, Tableau, Power BI), and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
