Security Team Member Role Overview

Haven is seeking a skilled and dedicated Security Team Member to join our team. As a Security Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular perimeter patrols and perform safety and fire-equipment checks
  • Ensure guests' holidays are not disrupted by maintaining acceptable noise levels
  • Assist customers with enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Check membership passes and complete control logs and reports
