We are seeking a qualified Commercial Solicitor to join our team at G2 Legal Limited in Exeter.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to start up a new commercial team and advise on non-contentious commercial work, including commercial agreements, partnership/joint venture/outsourcing arrangements, supply agreements, T&Cs, distribution agreements, and franchise agreements.

You will work closely with other departments, including competition, employment, tax, and IP, and be involved in business development of both new and existing clients.

Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor or legal executive
  • At least 5 years PQE within commercial law
  • No following is required for this role
  • Entrepreneurial character able to bring ideas to the table for discussion
  • Ability to build out a commercial team around yourself (as appropriate and when you are ready)
