**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Baggage Sales Consultant.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Baggage Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing initial contact with customers to discuss their removal needs
  • Providing quotes for baggage and courier services
  • Following up with customers to convert inquiries into bookings
  • Liaising with couriers and operations teams to book jobs
  • Providing exceptional customer service and care during the removal process
  • Obtaining payments and documents for shipping
  • Assisting with customer queries and resolving any issues
  • Assisting with warehouse duties, including labelling packages and maintaining warehouse organization

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in sales or customer service
  • Experience in the removals industry or related fields, such as transport or logistics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

**Working Hours**

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5pm with a 30-minute lunch break, or 8:45am to 5:30pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
