Job Title: AD Hoc Mental Health Nurse

JustNurses is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to work with our client in Hampshire.

We offer a range of shift patterns to suit your requirements with excellent pay rates of £20 - £26 per hour.

As an agency RMN, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals facing mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
  2. Administer medications and provide therapeutic interventions to promote mental well-being.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  4. Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals and their families, promoting a positive and empowering experience.
Requirements:
  1. NMC Registration with a minimum of 6 months validity.
  2. Completed MAPA training and a minimum of 6 months of post-qualification experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
  3. The ability to fulfill our framework compliance requirements, including DBS, Occupational Health, Clinical References, and an updated CV.
  4. Proof of your right to work within the UK.
