About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our support services team as a Domestic Assistant at Highview Lodge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the care home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all designated areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
  • Perform housekeeping duties in an efficient and timely manner
  • Contribute to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents
  • Participate in training activities to develop skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service
  • Willingness to undergo training and development opportunities
