Job Title: Band 5 Children's Community Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Children's Nurse to join our team as a Band 5 Children's Community Nurse. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to children with complex needs in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide holistic child-centred care to children with complex needs
  • Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
  • Registered Children's Nurse Diploma/Degree with an up-to-date NMC Pin
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care to children with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
