Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Assistant

Salary: £13.13 Per Hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly communicator to temporarily support our team as an Accounts Receivable Assistant. In this role, you will interact with various departments, handling general administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with internal and external customers to resolve Accounts Receivable issues and build open, honest partnerships.
  • Prepare reports and information to show the progress and status of each customer.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to resolve Accounts Receivable issues and build strong relationships.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify and solve potential problems.
  • Participate in continual improvement projects related to Accounts Receivable processes as a key part of a multi-skilled team.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially intermediate Excel skills.
  • Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to cover additional responsibilities within the team.
