PPA Educator

Flourish Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated PPA Educator to join our dynamic team. This role involves covering classes from Reception to Year 4 in a First school setting, where you will engage with students in a supportive and enriching environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons in an engaging manner, ensuring that students receive a high-quality educational experience. You will also be tasked with assessing student work and providing feedback as required by the class teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging lessons across various year groups.
• Marking and assessing student work.
• Collaborating with teaching assistants to support student learning.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong understanding of the Primary curriculum.
