Offshore Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and resilient individual to join our team as an Offshore Administrator. This role will provide vital administrative support to our Service Delivery Coordinator and Offshore Delivery Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the delivery team, including managing offshore stores, timesheets, personnel queries, and logistics administration
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, maintain contact sheets, and manage PPE and tools issuance
  • Assist with safety-related matters, finance queries, and contribute to data compilation and reporting
Requirements:
  • Minimum of GCSE/ 'O' Level (Including English and Maths)
  • GWO + HUET + Chester Step + UK Offshore Medical (or be prepared to get these qualifications)
  • Experience in a similar fast-paced administration role essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
