Key Responsibilities
  1. Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of residential properties, including maintenance, repairs, and service charge administration.

  3. Inspections and Compliance: Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  4. Maintenance and Repair Coordination: Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair works, ensuring timely completion and high-quality standards.
  5. Financial Management: Manage budgets, financial reporting, and service charge collection.
  6. Customer Service: Handle residents' queries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

  8. Legal Compliance: Manage LPE1 enquiries and associated legal cases.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven experience in block property management, ideally within the residential sector.
  2. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  4. Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively.
  5. Financial Acumen: Sound financial acumen, including budget management and financial reporting.
  6. Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  7. Professional Qualifications: Professional qualifications such as IRPM (desirable).
