As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full 360° recruitment process for white collar permanent or temporary staff in the Construction & Built Environment sector across the North of England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake regular business development and sales calls to generate new opportunities.
  • Sourcing suitable candidates for open positions and arranging interviews for candidates and clients.
  • Manage candidate expectations to ensure they receive the best service possible and ultimately secure their ideal new job role.
  • Develop a detailed knowledge of our client base, market area, and projects.
