We're a young, fast-growing company that's passionate about premium vintage and streetwear fashion. Our flagship concession is located in Superdry Oxford Street, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Concessions Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, promoting our unique and sustainable fashion offerings while showcasing our social media presence and website.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure our concession is well-stocked and visually appealing, with a focus on displaying items in an attractive and organized manner.
  • Communication: Maintain regular contact with our HQ team, providing updates on sales trends, stock levels, and any store-related issues.
  • Management: Work closely with part-time sales assistants, managing their hours and ensuring the smooth operation of our concession.
  • Stock Delivery Control: Coordinate with HQ to ensure timely delivery of new stock and manage inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Experience in retail or concessions management is a plus, but not essential.
