Senior Signalling Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Signalling Project Engineer to join our team at Advance Training & Recruitment Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of a major railway project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the use of appropriate engineering standards in relation to design, development, and construction on all projects within the national programme.
  • Implement Network Rail systems and procedures to deliver a cost-effective, high-quality, and safe approach to design, construction, commissioning, and other technical activities on relevant projects.
  • Apply engineering controls and procedures to all projects so all design and construction contracts include reference to appropriate Railway Group.
  • Carry out the duties of designated project engineer (DPE).
  • Appreciate environmental issues in engineering works.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of ETCS or related communication-based railway signalling.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
