The Sure Group is currently recruiting for experienced temporary Class 1 Night Drivers for our prestigious clients. This role involves collecting and delivering products around the UK, requiring the safe securing of products being hauled. A minimum of 180 days of experience in the last 2 years driving a Class 1 vehicle is necessary. All necessary paperwork must be completed and handed in to the customer and/or dispatch office. As a representative of the company, a degree of professionalism is expected.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Class 1 (CE) Driving License for at least 2 years
  • A maximum of 6 points on your license
  • Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tacho Card
  • No DD or DR points on your license
  • Previous experience is advantageous

Key details for this role include:

  • Monday to Friday Nights: £18.00 per hour
  • Saturday and Sunday Nights: £22.00 per hour

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Assisting with loading from time to time
  • Completing pre-departure vehicle checks
  • Transporting goods between planned sites and drops
  • Completing paperwork and adhering to compliance
  • Following tachograph and working times rules
