Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project scopes, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the Executive Producer, Tech Director, and Executive Creative Director.
  • Work closely with the team to identify and capitalize on new opportunities, leveraging our expertise in volumetric capture, photo-realistic likeness, and real-time pipelines.
  • Manage complex work-streams, forecasting and scoping projects end-to-end, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain direct-to-client relationships, fostering a strong understanding of their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategic plans, driving business growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Producer in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Extensive experience in real-time pipelines, Unity projects, and volumetric capture.
  • Strong understanding of experience design, XR space, and digital product development requirements.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial approach, with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks.
