We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Christmas Stylist to join our team at Jo Malone London during the peak trading period. As a Christmas Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building rapport, and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers, providing product knowledge and features to enhance their shopping experience
  • Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during the peak trading period
  • Support colleagues in creating a memorable customer experience
  • Educate customers on product benefits and features
  • Adhere to store and company standards for retail housekeeping, health & safety, and security
  • Support visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • Follow brand procedures for receiving, checking, and unpacking deliveries
