The role of Reception Supervisor:

  • Overseeing the reception area in our bustling, classic-style restaurant.
  • Ensuring all guests are warmly welcomed and acknowledged upon their arrival.
  • Engaging with guests and guiding them to their designated tables.
  • Managing the restaurant's flow, including table turnover times.
  • Supervising the responsibilities of the Reception team.
  • Handling phone inquiries and managing reservations.

What we seek in a Reception Supervisor:

  • Prior experience as a Reception Supervisor or Senior Receptionist.
  • A warm and genuine demeanor, naturally hospitable and engaging with all guests.
  • Well-presented with a strong command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Proactive in responding swiftly to the needs of guests and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with Seven Rooms or Open Table is advantageous.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.

Expected earnings starting from £16.96 per hour.
