We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Domestic Operative. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization within our facilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure a Clean and Safe Environment
- Conduct regular cleaning and sanitizing of all areas, including toilets, basins, and showers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment.

- Maintain Health and Safety Standards
- Identify and report any potential hazards or safety concerns to management.

Requirements
- Qualifications and Experience
- NVQ level 2 in Healthcare and BICS cleaning certificate (training will be provided for the right candidate).
- Cleaning experience is desired but not essential (training will be provided).
- Skills and Abilities
- Ability to follow policies and procedures.
- Willingness to bring concerns to management via prescribed channels.
- Flexibility to work overtime if required.
