The ideal candidate will be a diligent and motivated professional with relevant experience in a similar capacity.
Working Schedule:
Shifts will be from early morning to evening, consisting of four evenings on duty followed by one day off, including one weekend per month. Comprehensive training will be provided through an 8-day course conducted on-site.

Your role will involve supporting and monitoring individuals in need, ensuring the safety and security of the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- As an Electronic Monitoring Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and removing electronic monitoring devices in the residences of individuals under supervision.
- Conducting home visits to install and calibrate monitoring equipment, ensuring compliance with curfew regulations.
- Maintaining and servicing electronic monitoring devices.
- Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.
- Providing exceptional customer service to individuals under monitoring.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid UK Driving License.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the UK; a vehicle and fuel card will be provided for work-related travel.
- No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
- BPSS clearance will be arranged upon successful application.
- DBS clearance is required or a willingness to obtain one.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of verbal English.
- Ability to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
