Fragrance Specialist

At Jo Malone London, we're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Fragrance Specialist to join our team. As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized and authentic customer service to ensure a positive and memorable experience for our customers.
• Develop a deep understanding of our fragrances and products to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging and effective visual merchandising displays to showcase our products.
• Participate in in-store events and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience in the beauty industry is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country.
