Catering Equipment Engineer Opportunity

Premier Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Catering Equipment Engineer to join their team in the Gloucestershire region. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of catering equipment and kitchen installations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough safety checks on catering equipment and kitchen installations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of catering equipment operation and business criticality to provide effective technical support.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues with equipment, kitchen units, or installations as required.
  • Complete all necessary documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure a clean and organized working area, ready for tasks at hand.
  • Travel to sites to complete repairs and commissioning of equipment or installations as needed.
  • Support the Technical Support Department as required.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a commercial environment, utilizing mechanical and electrical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Relevant qualifications, including CCCN1, COMCAT1, COMCAT3, COMCAT5, CONGLP1 PD, CENWAT, ICPN1, TPCP1, and TPCP1A, with F-gas and C&G 18th Edition and Test and Inspection electrical qualifications being advantageous.
